🔥 IGNITE December 2025
Greetings, PRAY NOW Igniters! ♥️ In our mission adventure, God united hearts, symbolic of what’s pictured above, of our “Awakening The Moses Generation Family.” As one heart with His, the Spirit also united us and flowed through us like rushing rivers of living water!
“I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, for their own good and the good of their children after them.” Jeremiah 32:39
The Holy Spirit was saying: “Let go of your agenda!”
I shared this thrilling whitewater rafting adventure on Zimbabwe’s Class #5 rapids of the Zambezi River with my sons. Yet, little did I know that the Holy Spirit would speak to our awakening group and me months later!

I soon realized that the rafting experience provided a vivid picture of what God wanted to do for us “Spiritually!” Within the first hours of being at The Life of Riley Senior Care Homes, we, unitedly, heard the Lord. In essence, the Holy Spirit was saying: “Let go of your agenda!”
Then, over the next three days, we waited on God in silence. He poured out His Spirit, grace, and mercy like rivers of living water. Additionally, He miraculously fulfilled His promise of blessing on ALL who waited on Him. (Isaiah 30:18)

Prayer Mission Adventure: Our “Awakening the Moses Generation” Family at The Life of Riley Senior Care Homes in Traverse City, MI.
Awakening the Moses Generation at The Life of Riley— Where our adventure began!

Cole Riley is God’s owner, operator, and pastor of the 50 staff and ~45 residents in the three beautiful Meadows, Maples, and Oaks residences. Together, these facilities make up the Life of Riley assisted living homes for seniors.

Four days, Three homes, One Spirit— Rivers of Living Water— Wild, Cold, and Roaring with the Presence of God.
We gathered with our brothers and sisters from Healing Place Church, and our dear friend Cole Riley, pastor, pioneer, and steward of an assisted living center in Traverse City, MI. However, what unfolded felt less like a retreat and more like a spiritual whitewater run. In the end, we experienced moments of calm pools, sudden drops, resistance, spray in the face, and then—breakthrough!
I told Cole’s friend, Kelby, freshly retired after twelve years of guiding whitewater rafters, “These four days have been the wildest run yet.” Instead of chaos, there was conquest. And instead of striving, God manifested joyful authority. We faced real intercessory resistance within families. In addition, old wounds surfaced, and heavy histories groaned. But we entered every moment with the love, joy, and triumphant victory of Christ Jesus. We also watched the enemy lose ground, room by room, and heart by heart.
During two ‘Waiting on God‘ sessions at The Meadows, more than 30 residents, staff, family members, friends, and beautiful children leaned into stillness together. And right there—no hype, no striving—we watched God move. In the end, peace had settled, tears flowed, laughter returned, chains loosened, and heaven ultimately leaned in close!
The following are some pictures and various testimonies of people who have been transformed by the river of His Spirit!
Lead Pastor Moe Diggs: “It felt like God was saying, ‘I’ve been waiting for this!’“
“This moment was not a program or an event; it was an awakening in which the Moses generation began to rise again, with staffs in hand, hearts steady, and eyes fixed on the God who parts waters and restores families. YES, keep ministering to the one. The one becomes many! “The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” Isaiah 60:22 (NLT)

Healing Place Church Leaders: Prayer Pastor- Kevin (L) and Lead Pastor- Moe Diggs (R).
Prayer Pastor Kevin’s Testimony:
“When Colin first asked Healing Place Church to participate in the mission trip to The Life of Riley Assisted Living centers in Traverse City, I had no idea what a tremendous blessing it would be to us as a church and to me personally. From the welcoming staff to the time spent connecting with, praying for, and ministering to the residents, God moved among us in tangible and powerful ways.
In one conversation with a resident, God brought greater healing and freedom as they were able to forgive their father, ending the time of prayer with laughter and an ecstatic, “I do forgive!” Another lady was touched that we had come from many miles away, explaining that our presence reminded her of being in church, which she had not been in for many years.
Our time at the Life of Riley was a wonderful expression of the heart and love of God. What an honor it was to be the hands and feet of Jesus to all we came in contact with.”
My visit to Michigan was nothing short of a biblical experience… Living water flowed!

Shirley Borden- Healing Place Church Prayer Team
Shirley Borden’s Testimony:
“Walking among the residents and seeing lives touched reminded me of Jesus’ ministry on earth, as He went from place to place healing the sick. He brought hope to the hopeless and joy to those who were lost. And now, as His body, we are also called to do the same: Bring hope, love, and joy to one person at a time.
I am truly honored to have met everyone on this mission to the Riley Homes and to witness firsthand the love, care, and faithfulness poured into each life. Moments like these are a powerful reminder that God uses ordinary people to carry out extraordinary work.
I felt that the Lord had connected Cole’s Mother, Ruth, and me as prayer mothers. And I plan on keeping in touch with her to encourage and pray with her. As the mother of a son called to oversee many mothers and fathers of the Moses generation, I am humbled to walk this journey alongside her. I’ll be standing in prayer and support for this sweet ‘Awakening the Moses Generation’ family!”

Ruth’s Testimony:
“Spouses and family members lovingly released their loved ones to travel to Michigan in freezing weather just before Christmas. Their mission adventure was to be the hands, feet, and heart of God, encouraging the ‘Moses Generation.’ I will never be the same.
The love of God came pouring through the team that came here to bless, pray with, and serve residents and others connected to the Life of Riley homes. The vision God gave Cole was being played out in real time, impacting lives. So thankful for Colin and the team, full of God’s love and ways, pointing us to learn to focus and wait on God.”
A note from Ashley, our delightful Meadows Manager at The Life of Riley.
I got this powerful heart message from Ashley through Cole yesterday: ♥️♥️🔥🔥🙏🙏
“The Moses Generation Prayer Army and our special out-of-state ministry team brought an experience that can only be described as magical. The atmosphere was lively, uplifting, and deeply inspirational, and the impact is still being felt—our residents are still talking about it. Through Jesus, each moment was filled with love, hope, and purpose. Residents received meaningful one-on-one prayer that made them feel seen, valued, and truly special. I was personally moved as prayers were spoken over me—words of encouragement, blessings, and heartfelt moments that brought many tears. Those tears reflected gratitude, healing, and joy. It was a powerful reminder of the presence of Jesus and the strength found in prayer and connection. These were true, sacred moments that touched hearts deeply and left a lasting impression on our entire Life of Riley family.”
Our Mission Team Administrator— Pam Naylor’s Living Water Testimony:
“I continue to feel blessed by each resident and staff member at the Life of Riley. One young woman, whom I hold dear, is Sandy. On Wednesday evening, I saw a couple—friends of Cole whom he had met earlier this day—minister to her. Then, I was able to sit with her soon after. Sandy confided in me her struggle with depression and her desire for prayer, explaining that she had endured sadness for quite some time. She shared the painful loss of her daughter and son, and expressed concern for her remaining son, hoping he wouldn’t experience the hardships that led to her despair. Together, we prayed for comfort and healing.”

Restored to Joy—Ms. Sandy, in pink!
“When I returned on Friday, I arrived later, and the rest of our team had already left her residence. Sandy was the only resident there to greet me. She looked radiant, her eyes shining and her face full of joy. She welcomed me warmly, and I was equally delighted to see her. Then, we spent time talking, sharing smiles, and holding hands. Sandy received a gift from the team, which she happily placed under the Christmas tree, mentioning her excitement for opening presents on Christmas Day. The Lord truly touched Sandy and me, filling us both with His love, joy, hope, peace, and healing.”
