Ignite Flashes to Burundi!
Precious Friend, have you heard about what is taking place in Burundi?!
I might guess that some of you may have never heard of Burundi before! But God has. And He is bringing about incredible movements of His Spirit to ignite new generations of prayer igniters and disciples who are Waiting on God.
My connection to Burundi came through one of my dearest prayer partners, Evariste, who I met in 2016, on a bus to a Ghana prayer conference. Evariste and I have prayed regularly ever since. We cover a myriad of subjects, one of our greatest joys is simply enjoying God’s presence and waiting on Him. While Evariste is a deep man of prayer, he experienced a completely new level of intimacy with God through reading, then practicing the art and discipline of Waiting on God.
An Impactful Ignite in Evariste
Evariste was, indeed, impacted by what God was doing in his life through this new journey. In fact, he was so ignited that he has since spread the news of this “waiting on God” lifestyle with countless numbers of other disciples and ministry leaders. This led us to pursue our first translation of Waiting on God into his native language Kirundi. And I just prayed over 5,044 books now shipping to Burundi!
When I sit back and see what God is doing through this ministry of waiting on God, I am both humbled and more excited than I have ever been.
