God is doing an amazing work in Pakistan- We have seen an extraordinary escalation of waiting on God and Luke 10 transformation! Over this past month Wilem Joubert, from South Africa, Tarsier and Saba Shoukat, our partners in Pakistan, and myself, have done 4 trainings over 4 weekends. We have trained over 350 leaders men, women and children in 4 different cities.
We are seeing extraordinary fruitfulness- a complete physical and spiritual healing of a man in Karachi who nearly did not make it…but, God. He was extremely depressed, chronic shoulder pain, etc. When the teaching of forgiveness was given and in the 4 minutes of silence, he jumped up and exclaimed, “I’m healed! I’m healed! I’ve got no more pain. I’ve got joy and the peace of Jesus in my heart!”
Additionally, on two separate occasions there were Muslims that attended the training and totally surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ! A Muslim man and in another city, a Muslim family (including their child), from Afghanistan, who all accepted Jesus as their Savior! They are now committed to take the training and tell others about the radical change in their lives! The Muslim man went into the shopping the mall the evening of his salvation and got to pray for someone he just met. He said the experience of joy was uncontainable, as he was able to give the gift of prayer, as a new believer, to someone at the mall.
